Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product, please reach out to us via email at

 hello@olive-theory.com to accommodate your return up to 30 days of your purchase. 

Only original, unused, and unopened product will be accepted for return. 

All credit will be issued to the original credit card used.

Returns will be processed 1-2 weeks from receiving product.

Please allow at least 7 business days for your credit to post.
You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded. 

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on items purchased up to 30 days after your original purchase date. 

Please reach out via email to hello@olive-theory.com to process your exchange. Please include your order number in the email, which item(s) to exchange and the new item(s) you would like.

If there is a difference in price, we will contact you for payment. If there is credit, it will be issued to your original credit card.

You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded.
